ScopTEL - Call Forwarding End User Card


CALL FORWARDING COMMANDS

A Phone can have a CF All button to enable and disable Call Forwarding or the Call Forwarding Feature Code can be dialed. Call Forward Options are:

1.

Voicemail

Automatically forwards to this extension’s mailbox

2.

Follow-Me

Enables Follow-Me rules defined by the administrator

3.

Personal IVR

Enables Personal IVR rules defined by administrator

4.

Local Extension

You must press 4 and the local extension to be forwarded to

5.

External Number

You must press 5 and enter the external number and any additional prefix required for the PSTN

6.

Camp-On

Enables Camp-ON rules defined by the administrator

7.

Personal ACD

Enables the Personal ACD rules defined by the administrator

8.

Deactivated

Disables any active call forwarding rules

Note that each feature is enabled or disabled by the administrator for each user therefore not all options will be available for all users.
