About Callbi
Callbi is an international cloud-based software-as-a-service speech analytics solution for contact centres. Callbi is a low-cost, highly effective solution to enable organizations to maximize revenue, improve efficiencies and effectiveness, to reduce costs and to mitigate business risks. Callbi does this by analyzing speech patterns for dissatisfaction for every call and provides analytics for Contact Centre Management.
ScopTEL now has the ability to interface with Callbi directly so that ScopTEL can upload call recordings saved by ScopTEL to Callbi. These recordings can then be analyzed by the Callbi engine. Configuration is done per ScopTEL Tenant so it is a Multi Tenant solution.

Navigate to Telephony|Configuration||Manager|Multi Tenants|Callbi
Enable uploading of recorded ACD calls
Options
--api-key
<api-key> (REQUIRED)
The api key is
used to authenticate and authorize upload requests.
--organization-id
<organization-id> (REQUIRED)
The Id of the organization to
where the files will be uploaded. NOTE: Organization code is the same as "region"
--timeout
<timeout> The
upload will fail if it does not complete within the specified timeout duration.
Keep this value as short as possible for security purposes. The default value
is 01:00:00 meaning 1 hour.
--concurrent-requests
<concurrent-requests>
The number of concurrent upload requests. Defaults to 20.
