To better help you, you must provide us with this following information:
->The date and time of the call. (may be approximate for the time)
->The direction of the call. Was it an incoming or outgoing call? Source to destination.
->The duration of the call. (this value is important enough to help diagnose the problem)
->The type of connection of your device at the time of the problematic call. (in the case of a mobile, it can be wifi/tle/5g.....)
->In the case of mobile applications, have you changed location, which can change the connection type (ex: you leave the office and your cellular has no wifi)
i.e: August 16, 2022 around 10:05 from my extension 111 to 5145551234, duration of 13 minutes, mobile app's on wifi and did not change network.
If you have the same problem several times, it helps a lot to have all this data
