How to find a problem with the quality of calls on Scopcomm Pc and Mobile app.

First you need to make sure your application is up to date.
For Windows and Mac version you can always check here. For the one on your smartphone you can follow the Android and IOS guides
To better help you, you must provide us with this following information:
->The date and time of the call. (may be approximate for the time)
->The direction of the call. Was it an incoming or outgoing call? Source to destination.
->The duration of the call. (this value is important enough to help diagnose the problem)
->The type of connection of your device at the time of the problematic call. (in the case of a mobile, it can be wifi/tle/5g.....)
->In the case of mobile applications, have you changed location, which can change the connection type (ex: you leave the office and your cellular has no wifi)

i.e: August 16, 2022 around 10:05 from my extension 111 to 5145551234, duration of 13 minutes, mobile app's on wifi and did not change network.

If you have the same problem several times, it helps a lot to have all this data
